I can inhale and smell the chlorine and from the fountains of the Belagio, and the exhaust in the dry desert air of the SUV taxis, stretch limos,show cars, monster trucks, and motorcycles, with ladyriders contorted on the back seat- they can't be helping the honesty in the breeze.
SO, not being there for the first round this year is just my 3/19,no sparks.
No nothing, actually. Growned -up mans birthday...healthy, and peeps,check.

currently our crew is following behind a crew who has painted a house twice in 7 yrs.
peeling underneath with no show of priming. I use various sherwin -williams blocking and bonding primers. Oil primer is a great base if there is sufficient breathing time to let it react and release. Also, you can't paint new wood in any situation, particularly yellow pine.
When you get different estimates, note the facts- compare your contractors suggestions.
If you don't watch what products they purchase and apply, you are not being attentive or watchful over your investment.
Sit down near the March madness, and get an estimate for what you want specifically, nothing more.
